According to me government have to do something different like... government can open free schools for poor children who are willing to go school but they are not able to attend school due to their family conditions...and other personal reasons.... minimum 20 schools should be opened in each city and villages...and we all know that polythenes are banned but not banned from their origin government employees comes on shops and charge penalty ..why they don't ban the production of plastic?

On 02nd October all public should gather at a large place like near Himalaya, indian ocean, laddhakh, and create a human chain with caps so that if seen from space it will create an image of Gandhiji. A message for humanity and aliens so that they might think world has learnt a lesson of peace and will contact us. Remember Fourth Dimension is watching us.
