i think in our india crores of people compelled to leave his study after 10+2, they have skill but no certificate. useless life instead of skill. Govt. should provide him certificate of practice as consultant in various sector for survival with high head.now i have visited and see lakhs of people are engaged in GST return on nominal cost for micro industry,shopkeeper, tubel repairer. etc. I think if a education less owner of establishment can file his TAX RETURN why not 10yh or 12th pass people
