In order to full fill the dream of Gandhiji "Gandhi’s concern for public and private sanitation was part of his satyagraha campaign since the days he spent in South Africa. For Gandhi, the drive for cleanliness in society was an integral part of the process of bringing about a casteless and free society." There should be a strict fine rule for all who will not keep the public places clean.

Respected sir, Ban the plastic carry bags from the villages with population less than 5000. Also ask self help groups, womens of SC,ST and also jail authorities to produce environment friendly carry bags (KHADI etc.) and distribute them in to those villages. In a stepwise, increase the range of population and also to highly populated cities. It's also like demonetisation but in step wise pattern. I hope it works. Thank you
