Manufacturers shall change the marketing strategy. They shall think to widen the customer base to remote areas and villages than concentrate to sell mostly near metros. This will help them in increasing the sale volumes. With this they can increase the reliability of the products so that products can last longer without affecting the sale volumes. This will help in generating lesser e-waste per million people.

We can reduce E-waste by reusing the metal in it for making the same or other electronic products.

The second stage is Storage. While safe storage may not appear critical, it can prove very important. For example, the glass screens of Cathode Ray Tubes (CRT) TVs and monitors are highly contaminated by lead. In the past, they were recycled into new computer monitors, but the growth of new technology and subsequent decline in demand for CRT products means much of this glass is now simply being stored indefinitely.

The first stage in the recycling process for e-waste is the collection of electronic products through recycling bins, collection locations, take-back programs, or on-demand collection services. The mixed e-waste is then taken to specialized electronics recyclers.
Best practice dictates that e-waste should be separated by type at this stage of the process, which is why many collection sites will have different bins or boxes for different items. This is especially important for e-waste containing batteries, which require special treatment and can be very damaging if mixed with other waste.

Handling e-waste is crucial – not only from a security point of view, but also from the environment standpoint. E-waste if not properly processed could cause more harm after the end of life than it ever did during its use. We care about the sensitive data that organizations may have on electronic equipment. We care about the end of life equipment which could be used to extend the life of another product. We care – when useful electronics wind up in landfills and pose a hazard to the environment. We help make things better by recycling and refurbishing electronic products.

E-waste is not a challenge but a big problem today. The best solution is the recycling of the E-waste.
For this, we can run a scheme that whoever collects the most electronic waste material and makes it available to the government, will be given some incentives and certificates. In this way no person will throw the waste material of the house anywhere and small industries will get the same for recycling. Also, every person has to take a pledge that what is worth burning should not be thrown away and the rest worth selling should be given to the junk person so that he can also earn his livelihood.

We use stringent procedures to ensure that the e-waste is handled with care.
1. e-Waste Collection and Transportation
2. Sorting and Shredding if required
3. Categorizing into core materials and components
4. Dust Extraction and Magnetic separation
5. Preparing the recycled materials for sale.
