we can recycle e-waste by providing them to companies that can reuse them.
like some companies can make the best use of it.
also, e water should be treated separately so that we don't get mistakes there.

We should think of recovering components from e waste and properly store it with identification for its reuse. Lots of components from computer or mobile could be recycled for reuse. This will reduce the load on waste. Big aircrafts and big plants are dismantled and part of it is reused. Low cost refurbished products could be produced. Even this could develop as small scale industry.

India is the Fastest growing economy among the biggest economies. This is the time India is getting it's lost power and shining again and it's not possible without economic growth. And economic growth will also lead to huge industrial and domestic wastage. Proper Waste Management is required not only in Industrial areas but also in Residential area. Some of the waste management Techniques.
1) Recycle : Re-use : Reduce
2) Micro level monitoring and collection of waste by the societies. Kind of Green Certificate must be required after proper Visit and assessment of the Cleanliness and waste management of society. Than Local authorities are the Power in charge
3) At industrial level every Industrial Estate should have Surveyor (Just like Talati in Rural areas who keeps records of Irrigation and Crops). He should Assesse every esate and will monitor the minimum amount of waste an individual unit must Produce. the less amount of waste should trigger the mis management of waste.
