Innovative ideas on circular economy in E-waste

Today, electronic waste poses a significant challenge for society. With the introduction of innovative features and up-gradation, people are changing their devices by discarding the old ones, thereby contributing to the generation of electronic waste significantly.

Replacing the linear systems with circular in electrical and electronic equipment intends to maximize value at each life-cycle stage by reusing, repairing, recovering remanufacturing, regenerating products and material.

Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY) observes Swachhata Pakhwada 2022 from 1st February 2022 to 15th February 2022 promoting ‘E-waste se Raksha- Swachhata hi Suraksha’. Citizens are invited to share their innovative ideas on how circular economy practices can help in sustainable and efficient E-waste Management.

The best entries from the citizens will be identified by the Ministry and will be featured on the MyGov page.

The last date to receive suggestions is 15th February 2022.

Respected Sir,Electronic items are hazardous to our health and also our earth.If we throw them it can be very dangerous in a lot of aspects.I think it would be better if small museums are created in every city & towns where we can keep such items in some creative ways,for example building a robo from such waste.In the coming years so many new products would be developed then our future generation can come and visit such museums to see how those products used to be in the past.Just a thought. Thanks

Attached photo मे जो facebook ID है इस पर भारत के सर्वोच्च और गरिमामय पद प्रधानमंत्री पद पर आसीन नरेन्द्र मोदी जी का अपमान किया जाता है। इस तरह की facebook IDs भी E Wastage है। ऐसे लोगों के खिलाफ उचित कानूनी कार्यवाही की जानी चाहिए

Refurbished electronics are comparatively cheaper to new products and reduce the carbon footprint of consumer electronics manufacturing.

By invironmentally friendly equipments. 2.develop a latest battery tecnology. 3. controlle pollution while meeting product demand or man aging energy. 4. grow your influence through resources and opportunities.

first thing we need to do is collect maximum number e waste under government authority like surrender mode from the consumers. just make that as a rule to the companies, and big industries, hospitals, ltd companies, etc. for example if i purchase a new mobile because of my old one is useless then i need to surrender my e waste to my government for new one. "use business tricks." if this done properly then 80% we will escape from e waste destroy our earth. maximum e waste is under government control then we do something for our nation for this e waste crisis. then we take an idea to how to destroy this e waste.

By manufacturing less number of electrical products. The less the number of electrical equipments, the less the number of e-waste.
