Innovative ideas on circular economy in E-waste

Today, electronic waste poses a significant challenge for society. With the introduction of innovative features and up-gradation, people are changing their devices by discarding the old ones, thereby contributing to the generation of electronic waste significantly.

Replacing the linear systems with circular in electrical and electronic equipment intends to maximize value at each life-cycle stage by reusing, repairing, recovering remanufacturing, regenerating products and material.

Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY) observes Swachhata Pakhwada 2022 from 1st February 2022 to 15th February 2022 promoting ‘E-waste se Raksha- Swachhata hi Suraksha’. Citizens are invited to share their innovative ideas on how circular economy practices can help in sustainable and efficient E-waste Management.

The best entries from the citizens will be identified by the Ministry and will be featured on the MyGov page.

The last date to receive suggestions is 15th February 2022.

E waste is a huge wate today. In future it will increase and every where it predominant. Even on the road side we throw it once used. That is our cell phone also belong to this. It is too difficult to reduce. Think of recycle and reuse. Otherwise use decomposed plastics for productions of electronic goods. Instead use and throw, it needs quality products and services and spares available easily.

reduce, reuse ,and recycle hume bachpan se padhaya jata hai par only for social purpose and for common people, business me iska koi role nahi hota plastics ka use agar jada hota hai to isliye kyuki businessman iska use karne ki koshish nahi karte, Agar maximum product ki packaging iss tarah ho taaki carrybag ki jaroorat hi na ho to hum plastic ka use kam karne lagenge

Need a manufacturer policy for buy back all electronics goods after its lifetime (pre-published) or any other damage. Also manufacturer can offer a replacement of new electronics goods with certain percentage of discount in selling price. All electronics goods should need to mention lifetime in its products.
