Government should give training and conduct workshops on proper handling of E waste and help start up companies to segregate the e waste & reuse them. Some people segregate these e waste illegally and extract gold and silver out of it. Government through state Government and Municipal Corporation should collect these discarded e wastes and process them by using latest technology without causing any demage to the environment. All illegal segregation centers should be closed permanently and fined heavily if they are not following the safety norms.
