Innovative ideas on circular economy in E-waste

Today, electronic waste poses a significant challenge for society. With the introduction of innovative features and up-gradation, people are changing their devices by discarding the old ones, thereby contributing to the generation of electronic waste significantly.

Replacing the linear systems with circular in electrical and electronic equipment intends to maximize value at each life-cycle stage by reusing, repairing, recovering remanufacturing, regenerating products and material.

Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY) observes Swachhata Pakhwada 2022 from 1st February 2022 to 15th February 2022 promoting ‘E-waste se Raksha- Swachhata hi Suraksha’. Citizens are invited to share their innovative ideas on how circular economy practices can help in sustainable and efficient E-waste Management.

The best entries from the citizens will be identified by the Ministry and will be featured on the MyGov page.

The last date to receive suggestions is 15th February 2022.

LEVERAGE THE CLOUD Using “the cloud” involves storing and managing data on a network of servers maintained on the internet by a third party. Cloud computing can help businesses proactively reduce e-waste by lessening the demand on hard drives, so devices will last longer—reducing the need to purchase, repair, or replace hardware as often.

circular economy in E-waste is our present demand for growth of country. E-waste is one of best known method for circular economy. what is our present demand is how to handle our E-waste and steps should be taken to ensure that E-waste again used for different purposes which is much better and healthier for our future generation. our idea to use E-waste for growth is very necessary for growth of country and economy growth of country. E-waste can be helpful in making many good initiative projects

Main problem with electronics is that it gets obsolute within a short period, and thus creating a hump of e waste if we can extend the life of electronics by giving it to secondary and tertiary consumers at low cost thus creating a user pyramid we can reduce the generation of e waste thus recycling of e waste will be more cyclic then linear for doing this we require availability of technicians, spare parts, and marketing so that the secondary and tertiary consumers can by the electronic products at cheap cost and use it affordably thus extending the life of electronics and reduce generation and maintenance of e waste more effectively.

In childhood I used to play with one of the e-waste. If the Indian toy company can take these e-waste and convert it into something playful. By these we can circulate the e-waste.

Respected sir pranam hum aaj package and send polytechnic items and foreign material ko dispose karna ek bhut big problem hai yadi hum sabhi company ko khash and prasnskaran mantralay and environmental mantralaya dawara sabhi. company ko instructions rules kare ki. khali packet kisi schemes ke tahat receive kare and reuse karey. that is. economically.
