श्रीमान प्रधानमंत्री जी, हम वर्षों से देखते चले आ रहे हैं कि बैंको के सस्पेंस अकाउंट में पैसे पड़े रहते हैं जिसे कोई क्लेम करने वाला नहीं हैं, इसके कई सारे कारण हैं जो सभी को पता हैं ( जैसे कि अकाउंट होल्डर अब इस दुनिया में नहीं हैं और उसके वारिस को पता नहीं हैं )। आज के समय हर चीज़ पैन और आधार से लिंक हो रहा हैं तो क्यू न एक प्लेटफॉर्म तैयार हो कि पैन और आधार से ही पता चल जाये कि एक व्यक्ति ने कितने अकाउंट खोले और किस किस बैंक में खोले। जिससे गरीब अमीर सबकी मदद होगी। और खास तौर पर गरीब कि मदद होगी क्यूकि वह अपना डिटेल मेन्टेन करके नहीं रखता कि 1800 इस बैंक में हैं 1200 दूसरे बैंक में।
