govt should make rule and arrangements that every person should caste his vote mandatory in all voting elections available at all levels in india, penalty must be imposed if someone not casting vote without any valid reason. govt spends lot of money but people enjoy voting day as a holiday. electoral reforms are required that every person can vote easily without any problems.
