Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has often shared his vision of building a new, AatmaNirbhar Bharat by the year 2022.

You may be aware that our great nation is now just 75 weeks away from the 75th Anniversary of Indian Independence (Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav).

To commemorate the monumental occasion, MyGov is launching an ‘Ideas Box’ to crowdsource ideas for a resurgent, Aatmanirbhar Bharat.

MyGov is a citizen engagement platform and has always been instrumental in engaging citizens of the country and seek their opinion to frame policies and shape various Government schemes and programs. Citizens have been able to contribute their ideas to core policy issues, make suggestions, give feedback, and participate in the governance process at large through discussions, tasks, polls, talks, etc.

Unapproved plots are registered..after registration, when we go for Patta, we are told patta can't be registered.Then how can a govt department register an unapproved plot endangering hard earned money of the public?! An integrated system plot approval to patta to housing loan(if at required) to whatnot, be integrated and made one-window process. This would make a corruption free governance and for the public a hassle free and pleasant, unfearful experience of spending his hard earned money.

Sir please bring in a rule which states that all employees should be paid fairly on salary and bonus should be given to exceptional employees. Currently it is happening only with influence. Employees having good bond with higher management gets promotion and good salary. Employees who only work are not given anything. This is in IT industry to the peak and may be other sectors too.State/language bias is at peak

We can make this festivals as a festival of the people, by the people and for the people by reaching out to the masses in the vernacular languages through the toy integrated puppetry, story telling, folk songs, places of worship, community centers, post offices, railway stations, museums, play grounds, air ports, police stations, schools, colleges, all educational institutions and media.

Sir please bring in new rule of maternity leave for 2 years as it is very difficult to look after baby and manage work otherwise. Also,work from home options should be given to female employees who needs to look after kids.
