tribles should be connected with government.. by providing government jobs in there own place.. making schools and making teachers of same tribles... if there is education then everything is possible.
industrial belt in trible areas lead to.. exploitation..only profit to industrialist and harm to both nature and tribles would foced to suffer poverty

Govt may make sure safety and security of those areas with the help of those community and Comfort for Tourists. If Road Communication, Food , Light, Safety, Sucurity and Hotels Available in their location, not only Indian but also foreigners will come to explore there and automatically livelihood will changed.

Cont'd---We should have open mind to learn from a successful industrious small country of Bangladesh to adopt in our backward areas.
After destruction of Japan in world War they were role model for the world within a short period for manufacturing discipline & becoming highly successful country. We are on a success path need little bit of insight into micro management of creating self employment. The products chosen should have excellent potential in success of the project.
Once adopted in one state rest of the states will follow. Products could be different but the basic framework of the system should be fixed with a upper limit for safe investment finances should come from public investments & promoted in a similar way like start-ups.
