ये बात सही है कि जनजातीय लोग आर्थिक दृष्टि से पिछड़ते जा रहे हैं। ये कहे कि हमारा grass route level ही कमजोर होता जा रहा है।
जनजातीय लोगो को भारत की उभरती हुई इकोनॉमी से जोड़ने के लिए जरूरी है कि लोगो की basic need को ध्यान में रखते हुए उन्हें भी नई योजनाओं, सरकार की गतिविधियों आदि से जोड़ा जाना चाहिए।
कुछ तथ्य.....
1 डिजिटलीकरण को बढ़ाना तथा गावो तक पहुंच होना
2 supply chain को मजबूत करना ताकि लोगो को हर योजनाओं का लाभ मिल सके
3 जागरूकता बढ़ाना

Tribal leaders can advocate for increased support from the national government while at the same time pushing for tribe-led initiatives to develop the economy from the ground up. In this way, tribal economic development can see continued improvements in access to quality education, higher standards of living and housing, better employment opportunities and stronger infrastructure — including roads, water, electricity and telecommunications.

1. Tribal Olympics.
2. Tribal Cuisine Competition.
3. Tribal Dance Competition
4. Tribal Martial Art Competition.
5. Tribal University in each zone.
6. Tribal Museum of Freedom Fighters and Crafts.
Sir, If a University is to be established in Ladakh then I am a volunteer. In my Leh Tenure I led the Team for :
1. Installation of INMARSAT in Siachen.
2. Did the sound and light show at Zorawar Fort.
3. Established Spiritual Healing Centre in Signal Regiment.
