The Scheduled tribes constitute a small proportion of the total population of the country and they are marginalized from the society in many respects. Provisions made in the Constitution have brought about changes in their position but still they are confronted with a number of challenges. Tribal women in India are hardworking than tribal men and they contribute significantly towards their family income but their income generating sources are limited. Low income necessitates more hands in labour as a result they are reluctant to send their children to formal schools. Moreover due to general low level of education their awareness level is also low and so they tend to ignore the basic conditions of health. Status of tribal women in terms of education, employment and health is low not just compared to tribal men but also in comparison to women belonging to the general population.

The tribals should be encouraged to make their products by the support of their tribe and also they should be given proper assistance by the Government. This is the key which will increase the income of the people living in that particular tribe and hence will increase the Tribal Economy.

Respected Ma'am/Sir,
I would like to take your 5 minutes.
During lockdown I made a theory which shows how we can make 14.28..% more jobs available in many government sectors and it will be helping in development of India and other developing nations so far. I need your guidance to make this executable.
I am sending a video and a pdf regarding the same.
Please do have a look at it.
Thanking you for your concern and support.
Yours sincerely,
Dr Akshay Gosai
