Tribal day to day activities, their tools for performing any kind of activities should be adopted in our so called modern culture. We need to learn and develop those with modern arena. We have to invite them to be social with our day to day life without disturbing or spoiling basic nature of living. We have to cultivate a habbit of modern aroma without disturbing age old traditions. Food habbits, living standards, wild activities etc. We need to educate them in all forms of life to be along with us without moving out of traditional frame.

please organize kheti planting tours in schools and for the adults also awareness of the effort, the lifestyle, the purity of food and sleep especially for city dwellers who have never seen it. in this tour they need to help in plowing, drying masalas, taking out milk from cow, bathing buffaloes, collecting cow dungs, etc. just like piligrimage environment or educational atmosphere. sleep on khaat, eating from fresh harvest, get up at 4am, etc. we will see huge response, even foreign people will come to enjoy this maybe 10days workshop. pot making, Learning recipies, learning survival skills like keeping wild animals at bay, catching snake etc. they can tale photos and share on media with hashtag back to the roots, etc. making khadi thread, completing small assignments like starting various seeds, filling water from the well, etc. we can make points for every activity.

Without tribal rights protection at the grassroot level by acknowledging their ownership and guardianship on their inhabited lands.There is no way for upliftment.Second,another challenge is the language barrier.They tend to be exploited linguistically when they come out to cities(within the state itself/outside) where the majority group resides.Third,when it comes to budget allocation within the state amongst the valley and hill settlers, the geographical constraints in hills is overlooked in pursuit of self interest by the self-centred law makers-the majoritarians.In such a scenario,Manipur might be the worst of all in performance when the subject of tribal development is undertaken.

* Proverty must be destroyed.
* If all Indians work only they can come out of proverty.
* If there is no money for a man he will not Involve in theft and many crimes .
* So , for this we need to provide job for all .
