Only and only due to corruption, the pace of development is very slow, corruption should end, if there was really seriousness towards development, then special backward tribes would have already developed but today they are quite cut off from the main stream.

My humble request is,Educate people about hygienic, importance of well dressing, gaining required knowledge while approaching any govt PPL for any requirement,
if one properly dressed, or well appeared, respect naturally will come. No one bothers it seems.
You can bring good practices from other sources, other departments or from other countries also .not sure why it is not happening
