sir jai hind this point is wrt using of retired personal for benefit of nation. After retirement everyone has the question what to do? 99% people feel they should do some good to people or nation but they don't know how? My suggestion is why don't we make clubs as there in schools and Colleges with different requirements of government for the benefit of the people and nation. These clubs to be opened to all to join no age bar and contribute what ever they can. Thus we can utilise the manpower and also keep the older lot young and healthy.

sir jai hind, this is wrt making our defence and paramilitary forces leam, mean and effective. Please formulate a good exit policy for people who don't make the cut for their promotion due to vacancies. These people are highly qualified and can be utilised by other govt or private agencies, thus both defence forces as well as the individuals and as a whole country is benefited. also it should be made clear to all govt agencies that either they perform or made accountable and action need to be initiated against them. Because in govt agencies there is no accountability wrt output vis a vis amount spent. whereas in private sector every penny and time spent is accounted for and people are made responsible for the same.

jai hind sir, this point is wrt defence atham nirbhar Bharat. we have training and 4th line servicing depots which can be outsourced to civil firms and replicated similar to what you are doing for sanik schools keeping the same curriculum but run by NGOs or in PPP model. Thus we can utilise the existing manpower effectively. Basically I want to bring out that all non core activities which can be outsourced to private players should be identified and immediately done. It has two benefits it will generate employment and secondly resolve the shortage of manpower for defence forces.

Electricity is a prime problem of rural area.
Problems due lack of electricity -

We have power grid

let every house put panels on roof.
Let them use and extra let them sale to govt companies at fixed rates.
Benefits of Govt
No investment required for huge setups.
Benifits of rural area -
solving all above issues.
new and sustainable source of income
Investment
1. let every home invest as per capacity.
2. govt can provide with discount rate.

The livelihood of tribes mainly depends on collection of minor forest produce, hunting of wild animals and fishing in the shallow waters of the forest. They collect edible roots, tubers, fruits, nuts, flowers, leaves, fibre, bamboo, honey, wax etc for their subsistence.
THEY ONLY DEPEND ON NATURAL THINGS,SO THEIR ECONOMY IS VERY LOW SO THEIR CHILDREN NOT EDUCATED , SOME SUFFERING FROM MALNUTRITION.
SO I REQUESTED TO ALL TO SINCERE ABOUT THEM AND DONATE MUCH AMOUNT FOR THEIR CHILDREN SO WE ALL SHOW EQUALITY IN ALL OVER INDIA.
