Independence Day 2021 Speech, Essay, Bhashan: Freedom is the birthright of all human beings, when India became independent in the year 1947 after nearly two hundred years of slavery, many freedom fighters sacrificed their lives in it. Since then every year 15 August is celebrated as the anniversary of India's independence. On this day we pay respect to our national pride, Tricolor, as well as remember those brave freedom fighters, due to which India got independence. Every time on 15th August,

Contd... 3. Spend more money on Education, Innovation and research - as knowledge is wealth. Make academicians more accountable. 4. Bring reforms in Govt. service sector, so that govt employees can become more accountable and responsible, like in private sector. Now, people feel that once you get a Govt. job, it is yours for lifetime, even you don't fulfil your duties with full sincerity. 5. New mission needs to be launched - EAT FRESH, BE HEALTHY, avoid Cold drinks, packaged food

Sir, Kindly take India out of the colonial model of governance 1) Changing the names of cities, buildings, roads, school, college, universities etc in all over India which are after the names of colonial plunderers Ex- Dalhousie, Mayo college in Ajmer, Lady Irwin College in Delhi etc 2) Changing the colonial practices from armed forces, police etc Ex- Chetwode Code in IMA, replace that code with the inspirational quotes from our own heroes like Field Marshal Manekshaw, Gen Jacob etc

What if every Govt job has a fixed and a variable salary? The variable will be proportional to performance. This will not only motivate them to perform better but will also make up for the additional income bribes may generate for them today. Example - Traffic Police: The variable will be proportional to the number of fines they levy, the Police will be happy to fine someone than take bribe from them. Fund this through a Corruption Abolition Cess (CAC), most citizens will be happy to pay.
