yoga is practice since time imomarial by Indian but it popularity worldwide was came with the Art of living by Sri Sri Ravishankar and Ramdev baba .they are doing for humanity welfare without distinguished region and spread worldwide.... again in 2015 by the initial of PM narendra Modi 21st June is observed international Yoga day .. since yoga itself is a part of humanitarian acts. I can suggest few actions that can be include and more welfare .. 1.First the belief that Yoga is for Hindu must be eliminated by initiatives from all community head. 2.as a part of treatment it should be introduce in medical . 3.Compulsory practice of Yoga in all institutions and must be it syllabus. 6.Presently after launching of International Yoga day by PM it's misunderstood that it an part of BjP popularity agenda which is wrong to minimise these the circular for conduct of yoga must be came out from District administration rather from pollitical organisation... thanks.

Yoga is not only a good physical exercise but also a great mental up healing technique. It moves our mind towards spirituality and away from fear, anger and other ills.It should be performed daily specially Surya namaskar and Pranayam as it would help in gaining peace and stability for your mind and soul. However ancient script suggests that it should be performed after taking a bath when all the nine pours or holes of your body are properly cleansed so that positive energy can be activated.
