Yoga gives that peace to our mind because of which negative thoughts, anxiety, mental disturbance disappear. Eyes get relaxed. Eyes problems like glucoma, retina breakage repairs itself through Yoga.

1. Please make 30 mins yoga compulsory in every school /college
2. Weekly once yoga mandatory in every office
3.Direct benefit system who will do more yoga and upload.
4.Encourage community yoga with some award system.
