1)Have. a Yoga Theme before start, during and End like compassion, peace, mindfulness etc. 2)Ensure real objectives & benefits of Yogas are not diluted in social media. 3)Use quotes from Vedas, Upanishad, Bhagvad Gita, etc with interpretation to read while relaxing thereby bringing yoga philosophy in the session. 4)Remove the religious myth with health benefits which Yoga bring. Use studies to demonstrate how yoga alleviate symptoms of anxiety & depression as well as promote physical fitness. 5) Interpret Yoga as a Sanskrit word “union” meaning union between spirit, body & mind. Use postures( called as asana’s) or breathing technique & meditation to strengthen the union. 6)Remove myth that yoga is for young or flexible people. Judgement & competition are not the fundamental principle of yoga. Asanas can be tailored to situation like different for pregnant woman, injuries people, stress people etc. The aim should be to fit the body & mind & feel good. 7)encourage yoga community events.
