Honoranle PM Dear Modi, Yoga asana and yoga are part of life force .. to know yoga one shall have good knowledge of vedas as well. Madarasas and Mosqtes teach arebic language to every Muslim child . similarly church teach English to every cristain.. But any temple or any hindu institute don't teach sanskrit to any Hindu child why ?? this is how Moguls and British took away basic knowledge from Hindus by acquiring temples under government control and allowing other religion to go their own .. if religious places are under gov they why not for other religion and only Hindus are made victims in a Hindu major nation. please research and ask temples to run weekend sanskrit classes. let temples open child pre nursing classes teaching one or two subject , Mother toung and Sanskrit..then only Bharath can be completely Aatmanirbhar in another 40 years, every anganwadi shall be used to teach sanskrit in kindergarten..a step taken today will make great future for 100th independent day

Patanjali, a famous yoga philosopher who lived thousands of years ago, wrote about keeping the peace, about ahimsa, or nonviolence. Ahimsa is like the physician’s pledge, “First, do no harm.” Don’t make things worse. Don’t react thoughtlessly or by reflex. Measure the reality presented to you as accurately as you can, and then reflect on it. “If every eight-year-old in the world is taught meditation, we will eliminate violence from the world within one generation.” – Dalai Lama Modi ji please create the environment practicing yoga from early age with spiritual intent excluding religious baggage.

In today's world, we all are running behind money, fame and luxuries and we've forgotten the simple norms of life essential to us. Mainly health plays a major role in life as they say "HEALTH IS WEALTH". What's Yoga? It's a way of life and is a vital and integral part of life. It's been carried on since ages by our ancestors, Yoga also helps improvise our lifestyle by various means i.e cleansing of body, muscular flexibility, relaxation and stress relief. It's an art of the gods as it is recognised commonly. It should surely be a must for everyone, especially the youth who are the future rulers. I would like to conclude by saying "You may not always be able to control what's going on the inside, but can surely control in the inside through YOGA". THANK YOU

By organising weekly or monthly YOGA SHIVIRS at the places where people of the city usually got for walk and exercise, we can attract people towards Yoga. For example, in Gwalior usually the Yoga Day is celebrated at the Gwalior Fort but it would be more effective if Yoga shivir will be organised on weekly basis. The number of people going to the fort every morning is high. This could be a nice step to get the cultural heritage of Gwalior and Yoga go in harmony.

Swami Vivekananda has said long ago, that the only Youth force is the main foundation of Nation building and National unification. Today's Children are the Youth of tomorrow. And the Government is launching various projects to make these Children enterprising, courageous, intelligent and strong. For example- Fit India Movement, International Yoga Day etc I have a special Yoga class with Yoga teacher for my Students at least once a month. Moreover, I have done regular practice of Fit India of my Students in every week. The only Yoga is the right way to keep humanity alive on the World. So I continue my small effort to make my Students that way.

🙏🏻🚩🇮🇳🌍👍🏻💐Jai Sri Krisna. Yoga is about awakening. Yoga is about creating a life that brings more beauty and More love into the world. Yoga Allows You to Rediscover a Sense of Wholeness on Your Life, Where you do not Feel like You are Constantly Trying to Fit Broken Pieces Together. . When you inhale, you are taking the strength from God. When you exhale, it represents the service you are giving to the world. **Happy World Yoga Day** Jai Hind
