Yoga is a holistic health system. First, it should be made a compulsary subject in schools, colleges and part and parcel of other institutions as well. At school, it will be very relevant as its a practical subject. At home, also its 100% beneficial as it really boosts our energy and rejuvenates our health. So we have to celebrate it like any other auspicious occasion. Let everyone give his or her feedback on any health app about its virtues and merits and this is how we can make it even more popular. Right now, as I have a wonderful experience with Yoga being relieve of my thyroid related health problems. Jai Shri Krishna😊🤝🙏

Yoga can be popularised, when police personnel, teachers, technocrats, academic staff, medical practitioners clinical staff and the members belong to bureaucracy, railway, ports, even corporate leaders would be assured with proper recognition and extrinsic benefits of the regular practice of yoga in their lives.
