Further to my comment. For Meditation or yoga in clean and pure open location need to be selected. Start with pranava nadam " om karam" loudly and as lengthy as possible ( it will help to hold your inhilated air much time in lungs, there by more oxygen will be sent to blood by lungs). It will helps to keep you healthy. At the same time chanting pranava nadam will create vibrations and will pass through air to some extent . The surrounding zone( extent of vibrations) will be calm and will be purified. You will be soon go into alpha level waves. The zone will convert nagative elements into positive elements. That is the reason, in the vicinity of saints ashrams opposite nature animals behaves as friends i.e. tiger and rabbit, peacock and snake etc.

International Yoga Day is celebrated on the 21st. During the last five years of BJP rule, Yoga Day was celebrated with much fanfare. Many of the great leaders practiced yoga on the field. The United Nations has announced that International Yoga Day will be celebrated annually on June 21. We also do these five days of yoga to keep our body healthy and keep the body strong. Numerous studies have shown that yoga can help solve all the problems in your mind. We should practice yoga every morning to prevent body heat that occurs in summer and to control body heat caused by overwork. MY IDEAS: Yoga is must to all. Hence, human will be became purity, healthy. 1. To teach yoga every child to start. 2.To seed yoga child at the beginning stage. 3. Every child learns yoga and helps his friends, siblings and family relations to communicate the importance of yoga. This, in turn, will become the ideal yoga for everyone. Happiness abounds! Satisfying! “YOGA IS AN ART, EVERYONE WILL DO MUST

Every school in India, has PT and morning prayer/assembly. Very easily, Yoga as part of every schools curriculum should become mandatory. Where in yoga is taught in it's pure form and not just asanas as exercise but yam, niyam, pratyahar, aasan , pranayam, etc. all are taught . This will naturally benefit the children and will become a good habit as they grow.

Yoga for Humanity: ‘Yoga for Humanity’ has been chosen as the theme of the eighth International Day of Yoga to be organised in India and across the globe on June 21. The theme has been selected after much deliberation and consultation and it appropriately portrays how yoga served humanity in alleviating suffering during the peak of the pandemic. Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced the theme in his “Maan Ki Baat’ broadcast. Buy Prime Test Series for all Banking, SSC, Insurance & other exams: The main event of International Day of Yoga this year will be held in Mysuru, Karnataka. Focusing on the theme of ‘yoga for humanity’, special programmes have been designed this year for specially-abled people, the transgender population, women and children. Human values that are an integral part of yoga education in schools are also in focus.
