Increase funding for apprenticeship programs: The government can allocate more funds to support the training of apprentices. This can help to expand apprenticeship programs and encourage more employers to participate in the scheme.
Provide tax incentives for companies that hire apprentices: Tax incentives can encourage more companies to participate in apprenticeship programs. Companies can be given a tax break for hiring apprentices, which can help to reduce the costs of training.
Expand the scope of apprenticeship programs: Apprenticeship programs can be expanded to cover a wider range of industries and occupations. This can help to provide more opportunities for young people to gain skills and experience in different fields.
Increase awareness about apprenticeship programs: The government can launch awareness campaigns to promote the benefits of apprenticeship programs. via indogeeks

CBSE schools have become very popular in gulf countries and many local students also studying in it. Government should start world over CBSE school network and recruit apprentice teachers, trained teachers from India and send them to gulf and African countries for training and placement. It can become big job booster for Indian teachers . Bahrain where i stay for 12 years has Indian school and it has 12000 students . With A to Z classes still local people also wants their sons and daughters to study in Indian school so it has become brand and Indian government should exploit it to benefit Indian teachers.

From the first year of engineering degree and diploma course each student should be given vocational training in near by industries and they should pass minimum 1 month per year in industry. this will narrow the gap between education and skill required to fit in to industries. Each village should have one ITI and basic course like wire men, mason, plumber, driver, gardener ,cook, hotel management etc should be included in course so that after completion of this type of small courses , it will give skill to students to become entrepreneur and survive on self supporting basis. all big industries like Reliance , IOCL, HPCL, ONGC, GEB, etc should have ITI attached to them and they should give training to students during study and after study for 2 years and government should pay them stipend.
