Of the 30 most polluted cities in the world, 21 were in India in 2019.The 51% of pollution is caused by the industrial pollution, 27 % by vehicles, 17% by crop burning and 5% by fireworks.[6] Air pollution contributes to the premature deaths of 2 million Indians every year. The Pollution conducting procedure of the vehicles by the testing centers in India is not standardized. I recommend the pollution testing should be done by loading the vehicle and running it which gives an accurate measure.

The only way for tranforming health sector is to increase the maintenance of the government hospital. Because of the poor maintenance of the government hospitals and the insecurity. Also the imported equipments should be maintained. The doctors with perfect qualification should be appointed.
