Health is financed by public and private funds. To make progress toward universal health coverage (UHC), a predominant reliance on public, compulosry, prepaid funds is necessary. Therefore, the way budgets are formed, allocated and used in the health sector is at the core of the UHC agenda.

Budgeting is an important part of the management of any department. Even if you do not have experience of financial management or indeed a head for numbers, it is important to know what is going on and to be able to influence the process. The budgeting process will ultimately affect the outcome of the department and the people around you. Budgeting is about a lot more than just numbers.

Trauma care need across our nation. Minor surgeries should allowable for Siddha, Ayurveda doctors too. Allopathy, Sidha and Ayurveda doctors should respect each other and sit around a table to find useful and economic solutions for the diseases and pandemic situations.
