A webinar on “Transforming the Health Sector: Union Budget 2021 – Strategies for Implementation” is being organized by the Department of Health & Family Welfare along with the Department of Health Research (DHR), M/o AYUSH and Department of Pharmaceuticals on 23rd February 2021 from 10.30 AM – 1.00PM. The webinar will enable sharing of the key highlights of the budget in respect of the health sector and broad strategies for implementation which build on and leverage reforms, enacted over the past few years. Invited experts will reflect on the challenges and opportunities for strengthening policy reform and implementation and provide suggestions on effective partnerships for positive outcomes. Experts are drawn from academia, research institutions, public health experts, Industry, State health officials, Directors of AIIMS, PGI, JIPMER, NIMHANS, other Central Government Institutions and representatives from FICCI, CII, ASOCHAM, PHD Chamber of Commerce, Healthcare Federation of India.

The key announcements in the Union Budget related to Health Sector are as follows and we seek ideas and suggestions from the public and other stakeholders on the same:

1. Pneumococcal Conjugate Vaccine to be rolled across the country
2. ₹35000 crore for Covid-19 Vaccine in 2021-22
3. Supplementary Nutrition Programme and Poshan Abhiyan to be merged and launched as Mission Poshan 2.0
4. Outlay ₹64180 crore over 6 years
5. Support for Health and Wellness centres
6. Setting up of Integrated Public Health Labs
7. Establishing critical care hospital blocks
8. Strengthening NCDC
9. Expanding integrated health information portal
10. National Commission for Allied Healthcare Professionals Bill
11. The National Nursing and Midwifery Commission

Respected sir, As prevention is better than cure , more focus may be given on 1) Programs which create awareness among all people on nutritious/healthy diet habits especially in rural areas , in order to avoid serious/chronic health problems in future 2. Steps may be to minimize usage of harmful chemicals /pesticides/preservatives in food products so that people can have pollution free food 3. Promoting organic forming in every village though educating farmers

rather then making new buildings we should focus on optimum use of existing infrastructure. civil hsp doctors should not indulge in clerical job. privatise all the posts in civil hospitals across country. it will bring revolutionary change Or make some grading system with contracts renewable and incriment. patient should give grades on scale of 1-10 . this will give quantity approach. vaccination derives in paediatric and elderly population as only vaccination can save you from getting diseas

Sir, My suggestion is to 1) Establish Super Speciality Hospital with more Beds, Good Equipments. X-Ray machines, latest technology instruments, recruited well experienced Doctors & Nurses in each and every district, 2) Ayushman Bharat Health Card may be issued to all citizen with free of cost just like Aadhar Card.

1.FOR HEALTH INSURANCE NORMALLY AS AGE INCREASE HEALTH INSURANCE PREMIER INCREASING, ARRANGE THE SCHEME IN SUCH A WAY IF AGE IS MORE THAN 80 YEARS NO INCREASE IN INSURANCE 2. FOR SMALL HOSPITAL MORE THAN 5 BED REGISTERED HOSPITAL ALLOW HEALTH INSURANCE. MORE SUCH HOSPITALS LESS LOAD ON BIG HOSPITALS. 3. ALLOW TO START SMALL HOSPITAL IN VILLAGE WITH INSURANCE FACILITY

do change aspects why not do trial & error base even from medical education or while in practicing merge ayurved & homeopathy or what for treatment after reading history of patients or run one at least hospital on trial & error base if genuinely work it definitely works without any quarraling focus only on patients/treatment/invention ets nothing difficult just system has to work equally

very simple even we can these habitual convert into inventory with the help of ayurved & other form simple why there is difference just due to r body become habitual by climate/food ets so why not try by help of medicine , exercise meditation & ets that in any condition body will not effected just have to follow additional few - use fruit/juice - once a week do fast -daily 2times meal- keep distance between food -eat only when u r hungry - don't eat to only to full your stomach

one institution in ayurved & other forms of medicine that institute leads to worldwide helth problems , will research -WHO logo should change why there is snake picture & even not mention infotech what changes made from 2 decades , technology changing all - make a app ,u know each&every charecter r differ but each human body work in natural element with&according the only differ geography/climate/foods & nothing hard 2 understand simple r body just became habitual that's why ....
