My suggestions: 1.There must be a department for integration of pathological diagnosis between human science animal science and molecular biology for research purpose. 2.National health policy must be as per other countries to stop malpractice. 3.Adequate funding needed for research in "Atmanirbhar Bharat". 4.Adulteration act for milk and food products must be made to be strictly followed. 5.The permission to open private medical colleges must be given after cross checking and periodic review.

Sarpanch of village should take initiative to start hospital in their village with help of Donner. Sarpanch should allot government land for setup for hospital. Sarpanch should take initiative to connect some rich people who left the village and well settled in big cities or foreign places. Sarpanch should ask them to help their village for setting up hospital in their birth place. Sarpanch should take initiative to free check up once in a week or month by specialist doctors from nearby areas,
