Gravity supported lift irrigation, with scattered solar panels and low capacity solar pumps will enhance rural irrigation system.
1. Bore wells reduce ground water. I stead pumping of flow water from streams will increase
fertility and save rivers from pollution.
2. For direct pumping to a distance of 500 meter heavy duty pump is required. How ever if an elevated platform is constructed near the stream and water is allowed to move by the force of gravity small capacity pumps can work. Govt s

As per HRD (Human Resource Development) ministry's Social Justice Department's order of 2013 PWD will get 20 min extra time per hour in leading examinations

dear Sir, why our country is not growing in the research sector.
Take an example in defense sector, we are using foreign equipment like fighter planes, submarines on lease, guns etc.
Sir, when we will grow our research sector. As, we didn't have our own defense research institute or university for civilian students to develop and innovate new products.
I think, our MoD, should have to establish a university in this sector, this will help our country to become more independent.

Sir,
Hundreds of children are picked or Kidnapped from different parts of this country daily. Most of them specially girls are sold to prostitution rackets. A big number of them are sold at Delhi itself. In many cases parents dare not free these helpless creatures even if they know the location of their child. This is the reality. POLICE ARE PAID BY THE RACKETS. Sir, i cannot digest this human trade in my country, CAN YOU.
regards,
Rajendra

Dear prime minister ji,
Our country has such a large land base, where if we plan our plantations properly, we could harvest rich dividends. E.g large oaks for use as electric poles at highways, as in US. Fruit trees lining state highways as in Spain. Could we offer a corporate some tax benefits or CSR benefits to do a project of this sort.
Thank you sir.
