Under different government schemes houses are constructed for adivasis. These houses are normally constructed where adivasis stay in jungle. My suggestion is, such houses should be constructed near villages so that adivasis will come near the main stream of society. It will be easy for their children to go to the school so also adivasis will be nearer to work place.

Higher education system in India 1. Credit for a subject should be mapped to the number of working hours. This is not properly defined at the moment. 2. Well defined course structure for any major (no need to overload with un-necessary courses. For example, I had to learn chemistry with a major in CS) 3. One exam per term would give enough time to work on practical assignments. Overloading with multiple exams adds pressure. 4. Good idea to refer to study plan used by universities abroad

Concerns regarding plagiarism in India 1. No strong emphasis on plagiarism in Indian universities. Since there are no strict rules, students tend to copy assignments, steal ideas, copy text/publications. 2. Plagirism by teachers. Teachers/professors do not work hard on designing an innovative assignment. The assignments should be designed in a way that even if students google, they shouldn't be able to get direct answers. This would motivate them to work hard and solve it by themselves.
