Sir, I request you to speak a few words on the new ordinance being implemented into action based upon changes in existing Rape Laws. I have been writing for it but never find any respond, however I feel happy to see government implementing the suggestions so quickly. I had suggested on a similar idea as that the government implemented inviting people from different fields for Secretariat post, for non IAS thanks for that. Please say a few words on government's policy to tackle rape.

Atalji gave slogan "Jai Jawan, Jai Kishan, Jai Vigyan" when India did Pokharan-2. 2018 is 20years anniversary.Government has done for Jawan by OROP, for farmers by making fertilizers and seeds easily available.Vigyan is still lagging.I hold PhD in Physics, yet part payment of my fellowship is still pending since last 7 years. UGC officials on repeated requested has turned blind eye.Indian science student has to beg for her rightful money. Where is #AchheDin for science student? #MannKiBaat #MyGov
