Res. Sir,
The major problem is concentration of resources, like opportunities, job, wealth etc. Bangalore is one such place, where everyone can find their Livelihood. The youngsters are rushing to such towns to make their livelihood which is resulting in Crowd, pollution, hike in rents etc.,in such cities. On the other hand, tier 3 towns & villages are left with only senior citizens. If such oppor. are created across country, youngsters can stay with parents & can also focus on farms in free time

Hello Sir,
I want your attention on the increasing number of Crime Against Women in Delhi-NCR and Following are my observation -
1. They don't fear existing laws for the same specially in our country.
2. The Point is that why they don't fear the law?
2A - May be system is flexible.
2B - May be judiciary is not powerful.
Is It possible to apply Gunda ACT OR TADA ACT for such cases COZ it is nothing less then a Terrorism act against Women?

I feet that there is urgent need for two laws:
1. Blocking & Destruction of public property (railways, transport, highways, property etc.)
2. Restricting increasing population by Carrot and Stick (two child policy, incentive to have one child and penalty to have more than two child such as no benefit of government schemes / subsidy of any kind, no concession of any type, even no voting right after 4 adults in a family)

Reforms in Laws.
The Indian judiciary is the basic pillar of our democracy. But the laws which we still operate under are still from the 1900's, when the laws were developed for the requirements at that time. So many things have now changed and there is a serious need to update the outdated laws which are still implemented. Which laws need to be updated?? For that, we have an entire law ministry to do the research, taking suggestions from the citizen, and then making the changes.

Today I saw Ravish Kumar's anchoring on the issue of irregularities in the functioning of central and state government agencies for providing jobs.It is true that since long time there have been wrong practices performed by these agencies so try to solve these issues because this is the right time. A hand written note is also attached herewith

Jai Gurudev! GST is a step towards ease of doing business but it still falls short of intended result. Why can't we have ZERO REPORTING MECHANISM. I will explain. Why can't we have an online Invoicing System for all kinds of Businesses which allows automatic syncing of Invoices and payments between Buyers and Sellers. Automatically, GST amount can get credited to Government for the Invoices for which payment is received resulting in ZERO GST REPORTING. Can explain further... if required. Thanks.
