Govt should charge GST on M.R.P at first stage(Company end).In this way businessman become free from all type of fever from GST and Govt also earned more tax than now because all company paid GST in profit Like Traders and retailer also. But Un registered retailer does not pay GST on his profit. If you check the return of any distributor of any company if he sold material of Rs20lac material only 5 lac to registered retailer other to unregistered . Only unregistered retailer earned extra.

(5) नगर निगम की मकान बनाने की अनुमति आवेदन देने के 15 दिन के अंदर देने की जवाबदारी अधिकारी की होनि चाहिये। उपभोक्ता की नहीं। (6) किसी भी ऑफिस में कोई भी फाइल 15 दिन से ज्यादा पेंडिंग होने पर सम्बंधित अधिकारी की जवाबदेही होनी चाहिए नाकि उपभोक्ता की।

(3 ) सरकारी कर्मचारी के काम की हर महीने जाँच होनी चाहिए की उसने ठीक से काम किया या नहीं। सरकारी काम करने की जिम्मेदारी उपभोक्ता न होकर सरकारी अधिकारी की होनी चाहिए तभी भ्रष्टाचार मिटेगा। (4 ) मकान / जमीन की रजिस्ट्री हो ने के साथ ही सभी विभागों की स्वंय नामांतरण एवं सरकारी रिकॉर्ड दुरस्त रखने की जिम्मेदारी होनी चाहिए। no responsibility for purchaser

modiji..please look into the population of our nation..pleaseplease....directly and indirectly reason for evry serious problem is population...i hope u understand modiji...evrywhere there are people without food...trying hard to live...china has already understood it and brought all the measures.....but our media says it like india is proud of its population....130 cr is more than enough for us modiji....instead of expanding the population...lets try to use the existing population fully for the

भ्रष्टाचार मिटाना चाहते हे तो ये कीजिये (1)सभी सरकारी कर्मचारियों की नोकरी तलवार की नोक पर टिकी होनी चाहिए। गलती / भ्रष्टाचार /पद का दुरपयोग / सरकारी काम में लापरवाही करने पर नौकरी से तुरन्त निकालने का प्राबधान होना चाहिए। सस्पेंड का नहीं। (2)कोर्ट में सस्पेंड केस जीतने के बाद सेलरी का 50 परसेंट जो सस्पेंड के समय दिया जा चूका हे वही देनी चहिये। कोई भत्ते इंटरेस्ट आदि नहीं होना चाहिए। जो किया नहीं वो फायेदे मिलने ही नहीं चाहिए।

Lots of development works we are seeing after NDA Govt. but works are not well organised Sir so I would like to submit my ideas as follows.---As we see for development like water supply, communication, electricity, UGD/gas we need to dig the earth and road surface. The excavation and digging funds of all depts. shall be collected and used for only one utility conduit housing all the above utilities with maintenance walkway to avoid excavating road surface again & again.

सरकार को सभी प्रकार के constrection work जैसे रोड, ब्रिज, सरकारी बिल्डिंग के टेंडर आल इंडिया एक ही प्रकार की टर्म एवं कंडीशन वाले होने चाहिये। PWD guideline को खत्म कर देना चाहिए। सभी टेंडर private लोगो के अनुसार समय सीमा के साथ Lumsum होने चाहिये। तभी सही काम होगा। सुनील बंसल ph 9425338811 ‌
