In Govt. hospitals , they can do tie up with agencies who can provide man power to support the patients . Who so ever is willing to take external support they can opt this service at additional cost. This will be beneficial for many families .

DearPM sir, being a strong supporter of a swachh Bharat, I find it very disturbing that there are many people who show no inclination towards keeping their society clean. There are many positive stories but I personally feel that punitive action even if it's small needs to be thought about. If we start levying a small fine to people who spit in public, we can expect better social behaviour. It would involve some logistics support but would certainly be effective. Jai Hind

नमस्कार प्रधानमंत्री जी, मेरा आपको यह सलाह देना चाहता हूँ, कि आधार कार्ड के जरिये, आप लोगो की किस तरह जानकारी रख सकते है, लेकिन उसी से वेरीफाई किया एक डिजिटल मजदूरी कार्ड भी बनाया जा सकता है, जो बयोमत्रिक रहेगा और उससे यह पता लगाया जा सकता है की, मजदुर कहा कार्य कर रहा है, क्या कार्य कर रहा है, कोंसी श्रेणी में कार्य करता है, क्या उसे उस श्रेणी का भुगतान हो रहा है, या उससे बोहोत कम राशी में कार्य कराया जा रहा है, इसमें हमें श्रेणियां निर्धारित करनी होंगी, जैसे हॉस्पिटल में डॉक्टर, नर्स, चपरासी,

Sub : Standardization of IT Rules and Regulations for Private Companies Reason : To strictly maintain work hours and pay compensation if extra time is needed, To remove regional/language bias when it comes to Annual Evaluation on Performance, To formulate leave policy which should be apt for people coming from far states, To standardize the system of internal escalation and complaints which needs to be neutral(not part of current management hierarchy)

Sir, Diwali greetings to you as well all our fellow citizens. I raise my concern on head lamp position by automobile manufacturers, new model vehicles are troubling heavily on roads by focusing heavy lighting causing huge trouble to opposite side riders, leading to accidents in large numbers. May I request you to appeal public as well manufacturers to rectify and save valuable lives.
