Dear Prime Minister, I want to draw your focus on the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, the idea was initially very effective but as the time passed people are now kind of ignoring it resulting the same condition as it was before. Seems like people are going backwards and I personally think that going backward is no good for anyone. You have the capability of influencing people in the right direction SO I need you just remind and convey them that cleaning is not a show off thing.

sir a lot of labour contractors in different factories does not pay challans of pf & esic even some of contractors show false challan in the concerned hr dept to process bills, sir many contractors even don't pay the wages on time some contractors even doesn't pay the wages sir there are a lot of workers who are willing that a little should be done for them also, sir if the work, challans, bills,audited unbiased can rise a steep growth in tax collection.

प्यारे प्रधानमंत्री जी, आप अपनी बातों में गौ रक्षकों का जिक्र कर चुके हैं| तथा उनके गंदे कार्य की आलोचना भी किये|आदरणीय जी आप से एक ही गुज़ारिश है कि मन की बात में अपने मुख से कुछ बातें कह कर गौ रक्षकों को समझाएं कि ये गलत है| और सिर्फ गौ रक्षकों ही नहीं जो भी हमारे महान देश की अखंडता को तोड़ता है | उसको भी समझाने की ज़रूरत है |

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी देश में प्राइवेट सेक्टर में नौकरी करने वालों लाखों कर्मचारियों के भविष्य पर भी सरकार ध्यान दे। दिन-रात घंटे न देखकर कर्मचारी काम करते हैं और पर्याप्त पैसे व छुट्टियां न देने वाली कंपनियां उन्हें मनमानी कर जब-तब बाहर का रास्ता दिखा देती हैं। सरकार प्राइवेट कर्मचारी से भी प्रोफेशनल टैक्स लेती है तो उनकी सैलरी और जॉब सिक्योरिटी पर ध्यान क्यों नहीं देती। सरकारी की तरह प्राइवेट सेक्टर के लिए भी नियम बनाया जाए और पेंशन की सुविधा मिले। ममता प्रदीप Jamshedpur

Dear Mr Prime Minister, It pains me immensely to hear of children falling into bore well and dying. It must be painful for everybody else too. But nobody is doing anything about it. Can't we at least cover the bore well safely to prevent such accident. Can't we bring about a law to fix liability on people who are careless with the bore well dug by them ? Pl say something about this problem in the next Man ki Baat. And also suggest some solution to the problem.

My request to honourable prime minister of India is, employees in private organisations are working under pressure, tension, that too with poor job secunity. Working extra hours, late nights, holidays for increasing sales, profits of organisations. Poor work-life balance. But no reasonable increments atleast beating inflation. Sir, may I request you to focus on this topic in your upcoming improvements.

Respected Narendrabhai Modi, Assure MSME that GST is simple and Easy by following idea. In Saurashtra,most of MSME are worrying about Complicated system of GST. Even Government Infrastructure of migration to GST through website is off and on since many days. Officers are not able to help as their DSC are not working. if Web site/Electricity/Internet etc. are not working, Pl. announce that for such period, extension will be granted/ No penalty levied to soothe stake holders feelings

Honourable sir why not employee's of private firm doesn't have their job security?why only Government employees are having their job security?An employee in private firms are insecured and only sales and pressures he/she need to carry always.why not a law should be imposed on private firms so that private firm employees must have at least some job security so that he or she can run family. Please intervene in to this and do the needful. Jai Bharat
