I would like to propose an aadhar linked health care repository system for patient records, prescriptions and tracing the treatment process. It could well be done by ict interventions where every registered health practitioner pan india no matter private or public should submit to the repository. A system like this will be breakthrough in setting a system that is trustworthy accountable research oreiented and usher an era of health informatics much needed. I hope my ideas reaches you

Respect Sir, I am Deaf(hearing impaired). I am from Rajasthan. I was working at Indian Sign Language Research and Training Centre. Sir, your speech will be the "Mann Ki Baat" on 30th September, 2018. But Many Deaf people are not hear of your speech. Bec not accessible. Please must Indian Sign Language Interpreter. #RPWD Act 2016 Article 42.(ii) persons with disabilities have access to electronic media by providing audio description, sign language interpretation and close captioning.

Hi sir, I have an idea to share regarding revamping the health care system and making it more accountable for people at large. It will also help in expanding scheme like ayushman Bharat. आदरणीय मोदी जी नमस्कार। मेरे गाँव में सही चिकित्सा ना मिलने के कारण मैं मेरी प्यारी गाय(cow) गौरी को बचा नहीं पाया। तुरंत मैंने सबकुछ PMO के समक्ष उपस्थित किया और जवाब में "मेरे गांव में अच्छा पशु चिकित्सालय (सब सुविधा उपलब्ध) और अच्छे पशु चिकित्सक रहेंगे" ऐसा आश्वासन तो मुजे प्राप्त हुआ है। इसके लिए मैं विनम्र हु। ए काम जल्दी हो जाएगा ऐसा मै आशा करता हूँ। #MannKiBaat #PMonRadio #AIR #MyGov
