And when solar energy is not available on cloudy days or at night, these vehicles should have an alternate option of running on bio-fuel. Such vehicles will be economical, pollution free and will also not create much e-waste.

Government is promoting electrical vehicles in a big way and it is a welcome step towards reduced pollution. But electrical vehicles pose another problem of disposing off used batteries (e-waste) which is also an environmental hazard. And there should be enough electricity available to charge many electric vehicles. We are a solar energy rich nation. I feel the government should promote solar powered hybrid vehicles which will run on solar energy as long as it is available

Hon'ble Sir,
Even the Supreme Court has said that GROSS MISUSE of Section 498AIPC and DV Act by disgruntled wives is causing social unrest.
Husbands & their family members are blackmailed to extort money.
You raise your voice for SC/ST Act, Triple Talaq, then why not 498A & DV?
Why are there no provisions for strict punishment against MISUSE?
The hard working men of the nation are stuck fighting #FakeCases
91000+ suicides/year by MEN. No policies, no commission.
We are going #NOTAIN2019

This also requires that licences should be made after getting proper safe driving training in government run / approved centers and clearing strict driving tests. Similar logic applies for other purposes.

Recently, BBC reported that thanks to UK Gov efforts, smoking has come down substantially in UK, and by 2050 smoking will be reduced greatly. A similar campaign supported by Modiji, should encourage the young school children to avoid experimenting with tobacco and drugs. Govt should have a long term plan to ban tobacco in India.

Sometimes such youngsters driving illegally in a rash manner cause serious accidents. And many form a habit of rash driving, which continues their entire life. If the legal age for getting a driving licence is set at 15 years, most youngsters will learn proper driving with rules and get a driving licence made. Once they have a driving licence, for fear of losing it, most will abide by traffic rules and drive sensibly. And from the beginning they will form a habit of safe driving and continue it

I feel the age of adulthood for all purposes should be fixed at 15 years. Let's take example of driving. Many youngsters start driving around the age of 15 when as per present laws they are minor and are not allowed to drive. Since they are not eligible for driving license at that age, they start driving wihout a licence. When they know they are driving illegaly, they don't care for traffic rules and indulge in rash driving endangering their own health and life as well as that of others. Sometim
