Simplest way to impact farmers lives positively is to amend Rule 6DD(e) of Income Tax Rules to restrict cash payment to farmers. It'll reduce gap between price paid by consumer & recd by farmer, anti-inflationary, reduce generation of black money & bogus agri-income claims, control illegal stocking of agri produce, formalise agri ecosystem. For details read https://maheshkabra.blogspot.in/2017/10/while-cash-transactions-have-now-been.html And till then appeal farmers to stop taking cash payment.

Honorable Prime-minister sir ,
First,This is to congratulate you and Bjp on your recent win in himachal and gujrat.
Second,i was reading about india's energy crisis and thought of an idea which i want to share.
what if we start monthly Postpaid bills for petrol, CNG and diesel vehicles.
this will make him pay much a big amount at the end of month, eventually making him to choose alternate for his vehicle.thus,#less traffic,#less pollution,#less conventional energy consumption.

Modi jee, on how to eradicate the corruption from India. Lets discuss
Say, if you try to bribe the police or Govt. Official he can take the money as evidence to report you, government gives him the money for keeps x2 and possibly a promotion. Imagine a bribe of 500k Rupee, he gets to make 1million if he reports you.

Dear PM Modi - Most citizens want to do something for the country but do not know what to do and where and how.If the government allows people to sign up for voluntary work, people will feel more engaged in the country and govt and put 'sponsored' NGOs out of business. My suggestion is that government adds a portal to this website (or some other place) formalizing some tasks for which voluntary shramdaan can be contributed by common citizen. For example "Assi ghat clean up in Varanasi".

Respected Prime minister,
Shri Narendra Modiji,
Sub : Reservation on Cast,
Dear Sir,
I am writing you as several casts are calling for reservation in educational & government as well as public private sector.
In Such case my humble request is to you to give the benefit of reservations to those who’s grandfather & father both are not beneficiary of the reservation.

Dear PM Modi-I appreciate your corruption free government. My question is regarding low level corruption in India that we face in govt offices like collector's offices, tehseelis, etc everyday. Here are the issues.Government officials:
1.Ask for bribes for any work
2.Are mostly absent from their seats
3.Are very unprofessional and insensitive
4.Are very slow
My question:When is the govt going to make ALL of its services online?like marriage certification, property registry, naamantaran, etc.

Sir,
No doubt we Indians are stepping ahead in every field whether it's about women rights, farmers rights, education rights, technologies, but sir i really want you to put a light on our Military Engineering Services which is the one of the pillars of Corps of Engineers in Indian Army which provides rear line engineering support to the Armed Forces. But the irony is government is hardly bothered about MES personals.
