I have field-tested strengthening of infrastructure manpower a logistic requirement to deal with corona like situations. people to get timely advice and screening facility and government to get the real-time authentic complete status of the health condition of people under ICMR Taskforce study of health account scheme- https://has.icmr.org.in/ and found that one home health guide, one mobile lab needs to be increased for outreach to health for all, which is currently not there.

In Telangana state, few private hospitals are authorised to carry out corona tests, Govt has also prescribed Fee schedule. As per media reports, private hospitals are not adhering to schedule but charge heavily several times more than Govt approved rates I suggest, Govt display "vacancies", patient choose hospital and pay (1) prescribed Fee and (2) deposit for unforeseen items of to Govt Hospital should treat, claim from Govt Govt may then direct hospital to give treatment without chatging
