In my opinion sir two main things can play major role to empowerment of girls. 1> Education 2> Self Defence So please ensure and make it compulsory in every school to provide self-defence training for every girl student.

A girl,passionate for her study and done well compare to her only one brother.Her brother got every facility like boarding school etc but that poor girl was forced to study in village where there was no high school and no electricity. Give free Education and Medical tretement to all Babys in india

I have seen many of cases where the parents who unfortunately do not have their own child have given preference to adopt a girl child rather a male child. To promote Beti Bachao Beti Padhao program and to increase the number of births of girl child we must encourage the would be parents by giving some Incentive or Girl Child Bonus in any form so that every parent like to bring a daughter in this world. People think a Beti is a burden on them so by this we may change the mentality of people.

One of my close friends who have a baby girl of their own were talking about adopting 1 baby girl to support a girl child who is in need. After lot of background work they have adopted a girl form Orissa. Well educated people who can always have the 2nd child of their own took this initiative to adopt instead of having their one. The family is very excited and so is the elder daughter who has found a baby sister. This is a motivation for many in my friends circle to do our bit for the girl child

This is my father story who is primary teacher.he always support for child education when my uncle and his relatives forces on my cousins sister about marrege at 19th age.but my father supports her to complete graduation .it is difficult to change mind of villeger.he also educated us me and younger sister who was merits in 10th&12th std.at tahsil level and B.Tec from gov.coll.of eng. amrawati.&placed in reputed company.they encourage people for Girls child education & help them at gramin level
