I would also want to add that silicon valley giants like google, microsoft etc are giving financial benefits to the women working in their firms to freeze their eggs, so that they can focus on their careers in most productive days of their life and bear the child later in life... can't we have such schemes or benefits in india to exploit the talent of india women...

According to me girls education is more important than a men's education. As when a girl gets education she educated two families. And I strongly believe that if a girl can cut vegetables at home she can also cut heads of enemy's at border.

first of all we wil ready to all parent speacaly mothers about girls education. Girls are do everything she able to reach goal and she able to full fill their dreams....

In India women bear child at d age of 25-35 yrs. At ths tym mst f d working wmn face d burdn f home making, child bearing & rearing n work altogether. Thus many f ds wmn leave dr jobs 2 focus mor on childrn and family. Maternity leaves r enough 4 child bearing bt not 4 child rearing. V lose talentd, prodctiv and multitskng workforce. Can't v hv a mechanism tht ds women cn again join d jobs at certain age say 35-45 or v hv bifurcatd age limit in all recruitmnts 4 wmn. Tk d eg f springboard prog
