We can tie up with Media bodies to raise awareness on anti-dowry. The laws should be made strict. Vocational courses be started in schools to help girls become independent.

I don't have a story related to empowerment of girls but i need to ask the government as to why not make education to Girls Free? when the government can make Right to Education to all students why not make Education Free upto 10th Standard? I know this will involve huge money but the government can make this up with Education Cess in Income Tax and increase prices of JUNK foods and this money can be directed to education cost

If we will allow our Daughters for higher studies like myself, then girls may be empowered.I am having two Girls. One of my daughter is studying in B Tech and other is working in Accenture and now going for Higher studies in USA.I am a middle class person but I am trying to educate my daughters to the Max.If each one of us will try to educate our girls like boys then only empowerment of girls will take place.Girls education will help us to educate our families as well as to control birth & pop--
