Aiming to bring India’s Entrepreneurial force onto the global map, The Department for Promotion of Industry, and Internal Trade (DPIIT) is hosting “Prarambh”, the Startup India International Summit on January 15-16 January 2021. The summit is expected to bring together top policy makers, industry, academia, investors, Startups and all stakeholders from across the globe and celebrate 5 years of the launch of Startup India Initiative which has played a pivotal role in spurring the spirit of entrepreneurship in every corner of the country.

With this background, we call all Start-Ups and Entrepreneurs to share their Start-Up story through their experiences, innovations, and good practices.

Presently there is no Master plan for any village so it grows in random fashion and later becomes gaothan area with highest FSI, congested roads, no scope for foot path, hardly any distance between 2 houses. If we have a std model and rules even for villages about above issues same will be useful for proper growth of village, town etc. There has to be good provision for play grounds, gardens, schools, parking etc. in such master plan. Today we work like fire brigade running at last minute.

In light of online classes and work from home, degrees through online courses should also have recognition by UGC. Many will be benefitted. Presently valuation courses very few universities are conducting and professionals have to go there to get degree. Online degree will help them. Government should also check the feasibility of online examination for several courses.

RERA is not considering any relief to building exclusively built for tenants. Builders who buy such building are either forcibly asking tenants to vacate or pay as per market rate in redeveloped building. Poor tenants have no relief except civil court which takes several decades to decide. Most of the rules are for Mumbai and MHADA residents so builders in Pune say these rules are not applicable in Pune. A correct GR available to all should be applicable for whole state.

1) Valuers who are already registered under Wealth Tax Act Section 34 AB are again asked to appear for examination and get certified by IBBI (Insolvency and Bankruptcy Boaerd of India). I kindly request that at least valuers who are already registered under wealth tax act and above the age of 60 should be exempted from IBBI exam.

#StartupIndia Starting something of own is not an easy task. When a person gives up good job and comes out of owns comforts every day is a struggle. It's an unending challenge.
