Now a days, Youth are very Enterprising,Techno-Savvy, Innovative, Risk-Taking & Adventurous. Since they are Young, they are little vulnerable as they are getting exposed to cruelty & struggles of life. If as a Responsible Society & Caring Nation, we could Provide the Best Entrepreneurship Ecosystem to all our Start-ups, then we will have very high Level of Success in most of our new Enterprises. Start-up has to STAND-UP & DELIVER, for that we need to Motivate,Support, Encourage Our Start-ups

Start-up is like our New-born Baby. In the Initial phase it needs Emotional, Financial,Physical & Infrastructural Support from Family, Educational Institution, Local Body (Panchayat/ULB),Banks/Financial Institutions & Government. No Baby can straight away start to Walk or Run, similarly Start-up needs Time,Effort,Support to gain necessary Skills&Stamina to Survive,Thrive & Grow as Promising Enterprise.Incubators are Emergency Fall-back Options, we want our Baby (Start-up) to be Healthy & Strong

As a Young Start-up, sincere & honest GST Tax payments are a huge drain on already limited resources when Start-up has already invested major portion of his capital raised from personal sources. Start-up needs regular stable source of fund for at least initial 2 years of Operation to establish a basic infrastructure & systems in place to deliver Service/product. SELF-HELP GROUP (SHG) of 3-5 Like minded Start-ups from the Same Incubation Centre should be given a financial Support by Banks/Fin.Co

Youth would choose Start-up/Entrepreneurship as a Career Options, if they get Mentoring/Incubating Support from their Educational Institutions for atleast 5 years fall-back support with option of Subsidised HigherEducation.College Incubators must have atleas 20 lacs per annum rolling fund & they need to support the deserving Start-ups. The families supporting Start-up must be encouraged by Tax Reliefs, Bonuses, Free Travel Coupons, Fees Concessions for younger siblings, Public Felicitation etc.

I am presently doing Research in the field of Social Entrepreneurship & would like to promote more Youth to go for Social Enterprises so that right from the Start they have Social Mission at the core of their Enterprise. My humble request to the Government, please give legal & administrative support to Social Enterprise Start-up. They should not opt for Pvt Company/Partnership /Society/Trust but instead they should stick to delivering Social Value at Affordable Price to Common Citizens.

I had a Start-up by the name of "Gyandeep Soft Skills Training Institute". Iniatially as Proprietary Firm, then as Partnership Firm. Since in my 20 years of Work Experience with Corporate, Academic & Training Sector, I feel there is need for Soft Skills Training for all students graduating from Educational Institutions, more so in Rural areas.I had the first hand idea of Struggle & Challenges faced in making an Entrepreneur Venture. With my experiences, I'm now playing a Role of Mentor for others
