Mr. prime minister. i am a resident of Assam, i have strong zeal to improve the condition of my state as well as my country by being a part of the administrative mechanism of the country. however with rampant corruption prevailing in my state, this zeal of mine like many other bright meritorious youth has begun fizzing out... i would like to bring to your notice that the assam public service commission which is the nodal agency in the state for the selection of administrative personnel's in the state has been indulging in corrupt maneuver. the media reports published in the local channels as well as the newspapers have many a times exposed the corrupt indulgences of the commission. the key cause of concern is the selling of posts to the undeserved candidates who in the long run will ruin the overall administrative mechanism, deserving candidates facing the prejudice of the commission on the other hand will be frustrated with the state itself... their true worth being not recognised in their own country will imprint an attitute of rebellion in their psyche... i request you to delve deep into the matter as soon as possible. with regards SHIVA PRASAD SHARMA COTTON COLLEGE GUWAHATI ASSAM

Dear Sir Congratulation and best wishes to you for connecting with common man in India and abroad. In past and till now there is a continuous domination on SC community by other community. According to constitution every citizen has right to freedom and equality. If SC people trying for equality, freedom than most of the time they were boycott or killed. Most recently one SC family killed and did so many pieces of dead bodies and thrown in to a well. Sir please look into that give justice.

Both public and private sector need to be involved. The skill development exercise should not be specific to mining sector. The skill required at various levels in each sector should be identified. A combination of the skills can then be taught at ITI's, diploma and engineering schools. Private and public sector employees at various levels can be asked to teach at institutes so that latest practices are taught. The practices should be mixed with basic theory so that skill is well balanced.
