Due to Rs 1 rice, maximum BPL holders in Odisha never going to work and completely dependent on the 1 rupees rice. We need to create an environment so that every one would believe in work and will continue normal life.
Regarding education, all are politically motivated and handling politically. Education should be kept away from politics. More than 20% people in my village are uneducated and belonging to SC category. More than 40 percent people are using tobaku. 10% using alchohal.

I think the solution for Black money is e-money. If we can make all our transaction using cards, it will be easy to monitor each of the transaction. For this replace existing currency notes with equivalent e-cash( people who has black money obviously cannot use it anymore...). Then use this e-money to pay all the bills. I agree that it will need lot of money to build required system setup, but once it is done, we can eventually get benefit of it.(it can be implemented in steps)

The skill development in Mining Sector should be taken over by the Mining sector Skill Council which should have at least 11 Governing Council members consisting of 2 from the Govt. 3 from the Public sector 2 from Mining Schools and 4 from Private players. Chairman should be from Private sector while vice-chairman from PSU. This combination shall give wide credibility to the system.

janta apna black money banks me jama karegi aur u spar wo interest legi aur issse unka bhi labh hoga..hum ye bhi prachar kar sakte hai ki jald hi aisa system develop ho raha hai jis se ki cash transaction lagbhag khatam ho jayega ...aur jinke pass black money hai wo waist ho jayega,,to log is yojna me badh chad kar apna black money bahar nikalenge aur sarkar ko gold denge usko white karne ke liye..baki jaisa apko thek lage

Respected PM, I am an engineer working in power plant and stay in jamnagar. I wanted to do my M.Tech but couldnt do because of high interest rate on education loan. I request to remove or reduce interest. This can be good step for skill development.

This should be undertaken by specialized mining schools. Specialized ITI can be formed by private sectors. Govt can help provide land and subsidy to develop such specialized skill in mining.

Sir, I think it would be better to have a partnership between private and government colleges with private sector companies to provide training to young population in India. It would be better to make a separate unit or department in universities/companies to deal with all kind skill/training requirement. With this we can fill gap between "skill development" and "need of skilled populations at different sector".
