Sir,
Government can bring real estate prices particularly in residential properties by banning transfer of residential land/plot to any person except blood relation. Otherwise property should vest in Government and Government may sell it and pay compensation to the concerned holder of the property. This will bring down prices of residential properties as there will be no trader but only genuine buyer who actually need a house.

Sir,
We are talking about black money deposited in foreign banks. Each and every person of India know that there is a lot more in India itself. Every Real Estate Transaction generate almost 40% black money. What action you proposed to deal with this hiden treasure. I suggest that every real estate transaction should be though Government body and not by property brokers. Buyer and Seller could deal through Government body and this may bring transperency in such deals. Will our leaders agree ?

let private sector undertake it, but govt/public authorities should monitor it. so that work gets done faster by private sector and make it perfect by monitoring through govt/public authorities

The current reservation policy should be modified for greater empowerment, eradication of illiteracy and social injustice. At the time of birth, irrespective of its background, every child should be given One Time Reservation Bond (OTRB), which can be used only once either for Education or Employment or Promotion. The reservations should be 50%. For example, all the educational expenses of those who surrender the OTRB will be born by the other who do not. It gets reversed at a higher level.

Dear Sir. In Australia, the government is just another private company. It hires the best analysts, architects, engineers, provides them competitive pay but with great facilities and concessions. So its better if the government comes up with competitive salary and encourage people to contribute. If not, it would be best to have a Private Public Partnership
