Dear PM, one thing I feel that can bring improvement all-round is a speedy justice system. Justice should be equal to all and delivered in timely sense. We have some 30 million cases pending in courts.
Right now its meant for the rich and the powerful, as others can't afford these delays.

To improve cleanliness among citizens is to impose Penalties and Fines every moment they get caught while they damage any gov or social property. and please dont make big fines like 500 or 1000 , the reason people can easily manage themselves to escape while just offering 100 or 200 to catchers. If we really want to nab them and also make catchers to work efficiently and effectively. Make the maximum fine from 50-100. Especially in our Trains and on roads

Subject- Education, security & accommodation for Girls
Sir,
In india around 68% of parents did`t send their girls child to hometown or city for education , the reason behind is the security of their girls child , they feel unsecure to sending her for their studies; due to this implementing girls education would be challenging.
Suggestion - There should be government approved Hostel accommodation for girls in their homecity/ Hometown.
Result - More women empowerment would be increased.

Your action/stand for Indian students to being given an equal opportunity to earn jobs in the corporate sector will save lacs of students from mortgage and student loans and help both countries to prosper towards better business and technology development.Thank you
